Together, we explore the roots of your mind — the thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, patterns, and responses - helping you build awareness around what’s been learned, inherited, or shaped through life experiences - not to judge or fix them, but to understand them with compassion. Parenting is a mirror, a teacher, and a path to your own growth. It’s not meant to be perfected — it’s meant to be lived consciously.

Mindful Parenting Coaching supports you in building intentional, connected relationships with your children while nurturing your own inner well-being. This work invites awareness, compassion, and intention — both toward your child and toward yourself.

Together, we explore the roots of your mind and how your inner world shapes your parenting: the beliefs, reactions, and emotional patterns formed through upbringing, culture, and life experiences. As you understand where these responses come from, parenting becomes less about reacting or “getting it right,” and more about slowing down, noticing, and responding with presence and clarity — especially in the challenging moments.

This space is for parents who feel called to tend to their roots so healing, understanding, and connection can unfold across generations. Over time, parenting begins to feel steadier, more grounded, and more aligned with your values.

Mindful Transitions and Grief

Navigate Change with Presence.

Change and grief are part of life, yet they often leave us feeling lost, stuck, or unprepared. This space offers gentle support through life’s transitions, losses, and uncertainties. Instead of rushing healing, we slow down, ground the body, and honor what is present, allowing clarity and understanding to unfold in their own time.

Mindful Transitions & Grief supports individuals and families navigating hospice care, end-of-life transitions, anticipatory grief, and major life changes. Transitions can feel like “messy middles,” and grief comes in many forms — not only when a life is lost. We grieve relationships, identities, roles, dreams, health, and seasons of life we’ve outgrown.

Together, we explore the roots of your mind — uncovering how past experiences and learned patterns shape the way you move through change. This creates space for compassion, steadiness, and insight.

There is no timeline here — only permission to move through this season with care. This space slows time, provides emotional grounding, and gently holds the complexity that arises when life shifts in profound and irreversible ways.

Mindful Support for Healthcare Professionals is designed for clinicians, caregivers, and healthcare workers who carry deep emotional, mental, and nervous system strain — especially those supporting others through illness, hospice, loss, or high-stress environments while neglecting their own needs.

Those who care for others often forget to care for themselves. In these sessions, we honor the emotional, mental, and spiritual weight you carry. Through conscious reflection and gentle awareness, you reconnect with your center, restoring balance, clarity, and inner grounding.

This is not another responsibility. It is a space to pause, exhale, and simply be.

You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to be human — even while you serve.

Sessions are held online, in a calm, supportive space.
You bring what’s on your heart — and together, we explore.

My role is to help you reconnect with your grounded, wise inner self — so your choices align with what truly matters.

What I Ask of You

This work invites curiosity and commitment.

Be motivated to change. Become a student of your own life. Find motivation to learn what’s REALLY going on under the surface. Be willing to do some heavy lifting. Follow through on commitments. Be persistent.

  • Come prepared. Come to each session with a topic you’d like to address. Bring questions for us to explore together.

  • Keep an open mind. Be open to looking within, even to places that may feel difficult. Be willing to be wrong. Try on different perspectives. Be curious.

  • Do your homework. 80% of your results depend on what you do BETWEEN sessions. Take the initiative to carry forward what you take away from each session into your daily life.

  • Practice mindfulness. If you have no experience with it, we’ll work out a low-stress approach that works for you. If you already have a practice, we’ll strengthen what you already have.

Most transformation happens not just in sessions — but in the moments in between.
